Responsibilities

• Ensure the reception of phone calls and handle inquiries from prospects and clients.
• Guide and advise clients in analyzing their travel insurance needs.
• Provide accurate and useful information to clients.
• Propose and sell products tailored to their needs to contribute to the company's sales growth.
• Ensure the quality of the customer experience.
• Act as an expert advisor to clients.
• Transform potential clients into loyal and enthusiastic advocates.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Work experience in a call center environment.
• Possession of a valid license from the AMF or FSRA in health accident insurance or life insurance.
• Strong fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages, is a necessity.
